You cannot find a better halal food in town. I know, i have looked. Everything is delicious & fresh, and the service is kind & prompt! Simply its one of the best places to go for authentic desi food! The owner is really friendly and more then helpful. Kitchen area and sitting area both are so clean, You won't be disappointed, trust me.They knows how to do it right! :)

Phenomenal dining experience. Our table especially enjoyed the naan and hummus along with our main entrees of grilled fish, chicken schwarma and gyro platters. The baklava was so light and tasty. Staff is very friendly and outgoing and tried to entertain a 1 and 3 year old as well. Definitely will return to eat there again before returning to Florida after Labor Day.

I was heading to five guys tonight and then i saw this restaurant « al hamra » i was like hummm let’s try it. The food was amazing and delicious,the owner was sooo nice and kind .. i recomend this restaurant to everyone.

Family owned and fabulous, I just discovered this place last week and went back again today; I plan to be a regular customer from now on. It's a very well kept casual dinning experience with a polite and friendly staff. Both times I've went the falafel wrap has been tasty, filling and the food has left my stomach feeling like I just had comfort food made by my mamma. You can tell in the taste and feel that everything really is made wit/ love from scratch. Definitely try it out :)

The place is very welcoming .and neat and clean .The owner is very hospitable and the food is super delicious .The taste is a mixblendof Mediterranean with a slight touch of Pakistani flavour also .The falafels and baklawa and all food is super delicious.One thing I want to mention is the portions are small

Had a wonderful overall experience and meal at Al Hamra. The service was exceptional, it's a nice family run restaurant. We had the chicken tikka masala, beef shawarma, and a falafel wrap. Food was pretty good and their hot sauce is amazing.

I go to this place very often coz of their best ever customer service and good food. Highly recomend and will be going there again.

We orderer a shawarma platter, lentil soup, hummus, falafel platter, chicken biryani, beef kebab, rice pudding and loved every single item! Service was fantastic and we will be adding this to put regular joints!

Catered food from here twice. The meet was perfectly made and succulent. Will definitely order from them again as our guests always love it.

The food here was amazing. I am a big fan of shawarma and this has to be some of the best shawarma I have ever had. The hummus was also really good. My husband's lamb dish was good, the lamb just melted in your mouth. On top of that, the service we received was so warm and inviting. We will definitely be back.

This is our new favorite place to eat. It is a family owned business and the owner makes sure the customers are happy. The food selection is excellent and the quality and taste is unique and fresh. It does not have the generic taste that you get when using the same spices for every dish on the menu. The salad is always fresh and the meats are juicy even when grilled. The grilled fish is my favorite dish on the menu. The chicken karahi is a close second. Me and my friends make sure we stop by this place at least once a week. BTW, if you are a fan of chai and you have always been disappointed by how bad it tastes at all the local desi joints, you're in for a great surprise. Overall I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic service superb food.

Amazing ! I am so happy I found this place! I originally found this place on door dash and was not disappointed. There wasn’t a thing I didn’t love! The sauces are amazing and naan is always warm and soft and the chi peas are amazing! I try and get something different everytime. This is now my go for lunch and it never takes long to get my food when using DoorDash as well. Excellent food!

Very family friendly place with amazing food. The owner was so sweet and easy to talk to. He was also very accommodating for my gluten free diet, and even asked if I was celiac to ensure all of his equipment was clean and the food was properly separated.

Had the hummus and it was great. Chicken samosa was great too! Wife said her Biriyani was delicious. The staff was one of a kind.

You have to try the Mezze platter. Everything in it is perfection. My family and I came here with a bit of skepticism and hopefulness, and were knocked out by how tasty the food is. Highly, highly recommend.

The best kebab and middle eastern food in Northern VA. I recently went to Europe and went on a business trip for 3 weeks and I was craving for their food for the whole time. Their hummus is THE BEST I EVER HAD. Chicken is amazing, tender and full of flavors. Naan is very chewy, soft, and warm. I've been to India twice and travel occasionally around the world and have not yet tasted this good food. The best customer service in town!!!

The family that owns this business are very nice. It’s a nice restaurant with plenty of tables. The chicken was great. The kofta was ok. Love the garlic sauce. The chic peas were the best part of the meal. Best chic peas!!! Reading all the reviews we will come back and try different items on the menu.

The service was exceptional. Had the lamb kebab and honestly the best I have ever had. They severved fresh out of the oven naan and humus while we waites for our food. Will be back for sure.

This place has quickly become a staple for families in the area. Fresh home cooked food, friendly service, and cozy interior. The food is perfectly prepared with a balanced mix of spices and oil, nothing overpowering. Starr the meal of right with a wonderfully dressed salad and hummus/naan. Go for the beef kofta masala, Haleem, and chicken karahi for the entree. This place comes highly recommended from locals.

So far this is my best Resurant that I visit in this area. The owner and the staff are so nice and helping you all the time. Too many free thinks you will get. Their gaol is to make the customer happy. Food is very good. It is Mediterranean food is so good.

Twice, our experience with this family owned restaurant has been superb. The flavors, freshness, and display is to get you to return. I had the lamb chops with salad and rice which was made to perfection!
